You work with me from the first call to the closing table, and I negotiate and close your sale myself. But a sale takes more than one person, so I use the same people every time. I know their work, and I know they show up when they say they will.

Photography and 3D walkthroughs

One photographer shoots both the photos and the Matterport walkthrough your marketing starts with.

Home inspectors

You choose your inspector. If you want names, I'll give you the ones I'd call for my own house.

Transaction coordinator

Keeps the paperwork moving and every deadline on the calendar, so nothing slips. You still call me, and I still answer.
